Family Solicitor

Your new role Initially to provide support to the two partners with their caseload with a view to progressing to managing your own varied caseload. Take responsibility for managing your own time and work, including prioritising and being proactive where appropriate. Keep up to date with changes in the law. Strong communication skills with team members. Recognition and commitment to the importance of meeting time and financial targets. Actively engage with marketing and business development activity. Appropriate IT competency and ability to commensurate with the role. Work and behave in a professional manner and to the highest standards of the profession. Comply with procedures set out in the office manual, professional standards and any requirement set by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). What you'll need to succeed As a junior solicitor, you will have a strong understanding of family law matters with previous practical experience in a law firm. You will be a team player whilst able to take ownership and be accountable and responsible for your own work.
