Family Solicitor
A family solicitor is required by a family department in a law firm based in Southampton.
The Firm A law firm with a long and traditional history of providing effective and affordable legal advice to clients throughout the South West. Partner-led and employing many talented solicitors, they require someone who is highly motivated and dedicated to working and developing a career within family law.
The Role The successful family solicitor will have a very good grounding in all aspects of privately funded family law, including matrimonial family, ancillary relief, divorce, and children laws. This family solicitor role is working within a dedicated team dealing with a variety of family cases involving divorce, separation, civil partnerships, and private children law.
The Candidate A qualified family solicitor or legal executive with good family law experience, including divorce, separation, TOLATA, and civil partnerships. Good client management skills and a first-class communicator are essential.
Salary is dependent upon experience.
