Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of private family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, and private children cases.
Option to handle publicly funded family law cases, if desired.
Provide expert legal advice and support to clients, ensuring the highest standard of client care.
Handle cases from initial instruction through to resolution, maintaining strong client relationships and delivering practical, clear legal guidance.
Work primarily from the office, with potential for some flexibility.
Requirements:
Qualified Family Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE in handling family law cases.
Strong experience with private family matters, including divorce, finance, and children-related cases.
Excellent client care skills and the ability to manage sensitive issues with empathy and professionalism.
Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage a busy caseload effectively.
