Handle complex and time-sensitive matters with precision. Conduct legal research and advocacy, assisting the Director as needed. Convert new enquiries into instructions, contributing to the firm’s growth through networking and business development. Ideal Candidate Attributes: Fully qualified solicitor, although CILEX and CLC qualifications will also be considered. Proven experience in running your own caseload unsupervised, with a strong focus on financial files. Ideally, established in the area with local connections and a source of work referrers, although this is not essential.
