Family Solicitor - West Midlands
Two exciting opportunities are available for experienced Family Solicitors to join a well-established legal practice. Based in Staffordshire, my client is seeking Family Solicitors to handle a broad caseload including divorce matters, civil partnership dissolution, cohabitation agreements, separation from an unmarried partner, prenuptial agreements, arrangements for children, financial arrangements, change of name, and domestic abuse matters.
Both roles would be well suited to Family/ Matrimonial Solicitors or Legal Executives with the following:
Role 1: Senior Family Solicitor Experience Required:
Ideally 8+ years PQE (flexible for the right candidate).
Responsibilities: Manage a mixed caseload independently. Provide support to colleagues in the department as needed.
Role 2: Family Solicitor Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years PQE (flexible for the right candidate).
Responsibilities: Manage a mixed caseload independently. Assist senior team members when required.
