As a Family Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and representation to clients in various family law matters. Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on family law matters, including divorce, child custody, adoption, and domestic violence. Conduct legal research to support case strategies and arguments. Collaborate with other professionals, such as social workers and counselors, to provide comprehensive support to clients. Stay updated on changes in family law legislation and precedents. Maintain accurate and organized case files. Qualifications:
LLB or JD degree from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice law in the jurisdiction. Proven experience as a Family Solicitor or similar role. In-depth knowledge of family law principles and procedures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to handle sensitive and emotional situations with empathy and professionalism. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
