As a Family Therapist, you will: Provide specialist family therapy to patients and their families, offering support for eating disorders and mental health challenges. Lead psycho-educational and support groups to help families understand and manage complex mental health issues. Contribute to care planning, MDT assessments, and ward rounds, ensuring that each patient receives the best care possible. Offer outpatient therapy within our Day Care Therapy Service, helping patients as they transition through their recovery. Facilitate reflective groups to develop systemic thinking and learning among staff members. Conduct risk assessments and offer clinical expertise to ensure the safety and well-being of all patients. Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to deliver holistic, patient-centered care. What We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced Systemic Family Psychotherapist who has: Experience in family and group therapy, ideally within mental health settings (inpatient or outpatient). UKCP registration as a Systemic Family Psychotherapist and an MSc in Family Therapies. Experience in eating disorder treatment (desirable but not essential). A collaborative approach and excellent communication skills. Teaching and supervision experience, with a commitment to supporting the development of junior staff and colleagues.
