Due to retirement and reorganisation, Swanbourne Estate Farms have an excellent opportunity for a forward-thinking and experienced Farm Manager.
Working closely with the owners and Estate Director to help achieve their aims and objectives, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the farm, as well as have involvement in estate matters.
The ideal candidate will have:
Excellent arable experience
Excellent machinery operation and maintenance skills
Outstanding communication and leadership experience
Knowledge of SFI, CSS, and BNG schemes
Livestock management experience
Financial skills for bookkeeping and managing the finances.
