What is the role?
Team Leader / Supervisor. We are looking for a confident leader who has experience leading a small team within a similar fast-paced environment. You must possess leadership skills and be able to demonstrate this throughout your application. We are looking for someone who is passionate to lead and grow a team and who can do this by leading by example at all times. High standards are essential with a focus on health and food safety as well as company & brand standards. You will deploy your team to ensure you run a smooth shift where our guests feel welcomed and can continue their journey with a great experience from HMSHost.
