The successful F+B Assistant will report directly to the Restaurant Manager, and will be expected to deliver a high level of customer service and possess excellent communication and leadership skills. Reporting directly to the F+B Manager, the successful candidate will have responsibilities to assist in the smooth running of both the bar and restaurant areas, and will be experienced in a hospitality setting. F+B Assistant responsibilities will include; Ensuring all guests receive a warm welcome and are treated to the best hospitality service and care during their time. To ensure all complaints are minimised, and to handle effectively. Ensure effective control of stock in supervisors absence. Make customers aware of offers on all food and drink offerings. Work with the Manager/Supervisor in ensuring all sales performances are exceeded. Serve food and drinks efficiently, meeting all 5* standards.
