F&B Assistant (Restaurant) - Hook, Hampshire
To carry out table service of the Restaurant department, maintaining the maximum quality of standards required to ensure optimum guest satisfaction.
We are looking for a team member to join our restaurant team to ensure that guests are greeted with a smile and are delivered the level of service they can expect throughout their stay. Reporting to the department manager you will be involved in assisting in the smooth and efficient running of service. You will also ensure our guests are served to the highest standards and endeavour to make every meal an occasion for its guests.
Waiter / Waitress Key Responsibilities:
- To assist with the service of food and beverages, ensuring the 4 Red Star and 2 Rosette standard is maintained
- To be familiar with and understand the day’s menus.
- Lay up tables for Restaurant as directed.
- To check and prepare mis-en-place for each meal service.
- Correct handling, storage and cleaning of all food service equipment as detailed on the work plans.
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- Be enthusiastic, presentable and enjoy working as part of a team
- Previous waiting experience is an advantage but not essential as full training will be given
- Allergen awareness
- Additional support with Lounge Service on Weekends
