About You As FCM’s newest Business Travel Consultant, you will combine your passion for the industry, alternative mindset and diverse operational knowledge to deliver top-notch service for your clients. You will ensure their business travel is simpler, safer, more productive and an overall great experience for their employees. You will have a desire for learning, consistently think ahead to identify business needs and take proactive steps to improve efficiencies. You will bring your energy, passion and ‘think different’ attitude to any challenge and be able to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders - working both independently and in a team environment. Key Qualifications GDS systems experience – Amadeus is desirable but not essential Industry and travel knowledge Strong customer focus and service ethics Positive and open-minded attitude with a willingness to adapt Benefits Generous remuneration structure and a highly competitive salary.
