A successful Candidate must have access to a car Must have completed FCP Roadmap Position: FCP Dietician Location: Folkestone Job Type: Full-time Salary: £28,407 to £38,107 DOE Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Dietician (FCP) to join our team in providing high-quality care to patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dietetics, particularly in a hospital (FCP) setting, and possess excellent patient care skills. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert dietetic advice and support to patients referred through the PCN. Conduct thorough nutritional assessments and develop personalized nutrition plans. Collaborate with healthcare professionals for a multidisciplinary approach to patient care. Educate patients and families on nutritional principles and healthy eating habits. Monitor and adjust nutrition plans based on patient progress. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Develop and deliver health promotion and educational programs. Support the integration of dietetic services into the PCN. Requirements: Relevant registration to practice in the UK. Valid undergraduate degree in Dietetics or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a UK Dietitian, with at least 2 years of experience with PCNs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
