Fee Earner - Conveyancing
Location: Lichfield
Hours: Full Time
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum DOE
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion: including, sales and purchase, re-mortgage, transfer of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions To process cases on a timely and cost effective basis Liasing directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders Developing professional relationships, both with clients and with other potential sources of work Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets To manage own work allocation, productivity and quality of work with minimum supervision About the Person:
To be a successful candidate for this role you must also have the following attributes, skills and experience:
