Female Complex Care Assistant Benefits Available Flexible/set working patterns to suit you Generous pay rates of £13.00 PH + 45p per mile (for car drivers) and your travel time Paid DBS Refer a friend Scheme of £150 Regular bonus payments Time and a half/double time bank holiday payments Company pension scheme 28 days holiday equivalent Company phone, training, and progression Free uniform, fleece, and winter coat Requirements for the Complex Care Assistant Must be flexible and able to work key times of service delivery, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and alternate weekends. Weekend-only workers are also welcome. Caring and compassionate towards people in need of care.
