Female Complex Mental Health Support Worker. Location: Leamington Spa.

Rate:

£15 per hour. Holidays:

33 days per year (pro rata).

CJP Outreach services are looking to recruit additional candidates for our female complex care team to help promote independence and person-centred support. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in providing person-centred support for a fun and captivating young lady who has a love for all things Disney, pop music, theatre, animals, and enjoys a good bargain shop! Experience and Knowledge in PDA and Autism would be desirable. You should be fun, upbeat, and have a naturally bubbly personality. You will also need to be calm, relaxed, and resilient.

Requirements For The Role: Promoting Independence: Encourage and enable individuals to develop and maintain their independence, making choices about their lives and participating in community activities. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of support provided, incidents, and individual progress. Generate reports as required.
