Do you have first-hand experience scaling a social media account’s following and engagement in a way that grows a business? Are you a master of identifying, implementing, and improving creative social media marketing strategies? Do you have proven experience in the online coaching and digital marketing spaces? Then the team at the Female Entrepreneur Association needs you! Carrie Green and her team are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager and Strategist to scale their social media following to reach new audiences, increase engagement, and inspire followers to engage with content and calls-to-action. The Female Entrepreneur Association is a UK-based company that offers courses, coaching, community, and a powerful tech platform to inspire and empower women from around the world to build wildly successful online businesses. You are the ideal candidate if you love to strategize, think outside the box, and implement creative ways to grow and engage a social media following. You stay on top of and implement trends, and you love conceiving, creating, and analyzing social media content. You can’t get enough of testing new ideas while building on successes. It’s not in you to just tick the box to do a task. Instead, you go above and beyond, always thinking deeply and creatively about social media content that serves the community as well as inspires engagement and action. You’re a fun, friendly person who collaborates well, yet you can self-start, work autonomously and complete tasks. You’re also passionate about what you do and tenacious about getting results. If this kind of work excites you, and you want to be part of growing a UK-based company that is well established and proving to be the biggest and best platform for female entrepreneurs, you’re an excellent fit for this Social Media Manager role! Responsibilities

Strategy and Planning

Collaborate with the CEO and Marketing Manager to develop a 90-day content strategy and establish a streamlined collaboration process for content production. Review CEO’s Instagram account (including in-app insights) to identify effective content and areas for improvement. Analyze the back catalog of video content, repurposing it into short-form, hook-led content for inclusion in the 90-day plan. Scale content output as part of the strategy, using a test-and-learn approach to optimize engagement, audience growth, visibility, and connection. Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate relevant trends into the strategy. Content Creation and Campaign Execution

Oversee all company social channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and potentially Pinterest and TikTok too). Collaborate with the ads team to align organic content with paid campaigns. Work with the launch director to plan and execute social media campaigns around product launches. Create and test chatbot campaigns to enhance engagement and move the audience through the marketing funnel. Experiment with social media creative designs that push brand boundaries while remaining consistent with brand guidelines. Utilize AI tools to improve efficiency, ensuring the content feels authentic and human. Community Management and Engagement

Manage comments on social media platforms to demonstrate active engagement and strengthen community connection. Monitor community conversations to identify key questions and concerns to address through content. Engage with the audience across channels (excluding DMs, which are handled by customer support). Performance Tracking and Improvement

Analyze content performance to determine what’s working and build on successful strategies, regularly communicating to the CEO and Marketing Manager. Continuously test and refine hooks, calls to action, and content elements to maximize engagement, growth, and revenue impact. Collaboration and Teamwork

Attend weekly team meetings. Work closely with the CEO and other departments to align content strategies and ensure seamless execution across campaigns. Requirements
