The rota's we are looking to start will roughly run from 06:45AM - 18:15PM. What we are looking to recruit: 1 staff member for 3x shifts a week (alternate weekends) 1 staff member for 4x shifts a week (alternate weekends) If the above shifts don't work for you then please still get in touch as we can discuss further! THE ROLE The post holder will provide essential care at home and support services to adults in Inverurie, Aberdeenshire. Assistance with all aspects of personal care including dressing/undressing, getting up and going to bed, medication administration, food and drink preparation, continence care. Assistance to go shopping, light domestic duties, companionship and socialising, social support attending outings, activities, and appointments. Rehabilitation and enablement support, including palliative care. Essential Role Requirements Due to the nature of work, there is a genuine occupational requirement for the holder of this role to be female as permitted under Schedule 9, part 1 of the Equality Act 2010. Additional Requirements: The role requires the post holder to have a full UK driving license and you must have your own car. Disclosure Scotland PVG Registration prior to commencement of employment. Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) Registration within six months of employment. Training Previous experience and understanding of adult social care are beneficial but not essential as the company will provide training and development to those looking to join the sector for the first time. The opportunity to gain a relevant qualification within 3 years of employment will be supported through SVQ as part of SSSC membership conditions. As well as continuous on-the-job training, we use an e-learning portal for core skills training in key areas of adult support and protection. Company Benefits Permanent contracts. Hourly rate above the Living Wage rate for the sector, starting at £12.00 per hour. Business rota mileage paid at 25 pence per mile. £12.00 per hour - £12.70 per hour. Saturday & Sunday:
