Topline Care Solutions is looking for a compassionate and dedicated female Health and Support Worker to provide in-home care and support services to our clients. We are committed to treating clients with respect, dignity, and ensuring strict confidentiality. Applicants must have a minimum of six months’ UK experience, and access to a personal vehicle is required. While training is provided, we expect candidates to uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional care, meeting the highest standards of excellence in the industry. Our tailored care plans are designed to meet the unique needs of each client, with a mission to enhance their quality of life through compassionate care and support. Main Duties
Providing personal care and support services to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Assisting clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed Administering medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals Providing companionship and emotional support to clients Assisting with meal preparation and feeding as needed Performing light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and changing bed linens Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of care provided Qualifications
Must be in UK & access to a vehicle is required. Candidate must be able to start working ASAP. Ability to work independently and follow care plans accurately Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and caring attitude towards clients Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Required Documents
