We are currently recruiting mental health Support Workers. Working with us, you will be supporting adults to meet their physical, emotional, intellectual, social, and cultural needs. We are looking for experienced support workers who are looking for flexible work.
- To work with the team in developing, reviewing, monitoring, and adapting support and safety plans.
- To monitor and report to senior staff on the effectiveness of support delivery. Contribute to the protection of individuals from the risk of abuse and harm to self. - Encouraging clients to recognise, understand, and manage factors that affect their mental wellbeing and physical health. What we need from you: Experienced support worker with mental health and learning difficulties Patience and understanding Friendly and caring nature Excellent communication skills Flexible work ability Confidence working alone An enhanced DBS check Social Care Wales registered Benefits: Company pension Part Time Hours available Weekly Pay Schedule: 12-hour shift - 0800-2000 OR 2000-0800 Day shift Monday to Friday Night shift Weekend availability Licence/Certification: Driving Licence Business insurance - or willing to get it Ability to Commute: Swansea, Swansea (required) Work Location: In person
