Female Personal Assistant for Lady in Norwich, NR3, £15.00 p/h, 4hrs p/w

Apply at UKCIL.com. Reference: 352fcfab

Job Purpose I am a friendly lady with anxiety and M.E (chronic fatigue syndrome) living with my senior cat. I am looking for a Personal Assistant who can help me to live independently.

I need support with anxiety management, shopping, trips to the vet and accessing the community, household admin, housework and the occasional hair wash. To support me with anxiety, a Personal Assistant will need to be patient and calm, have a good sense of humour and be comfortable with having a chat. I like creative writing and art and enjoy watching films.

The core part of this role will be to take me to the shops and to support me with online shopping. My M.E condition means I suffer from fatigue and brain fog, this means making decisions whilst choosing goods can become difficult. A Personal Assistant will need to be patient when supporting me on shopping trips and be happy to offer support around making decisions without telling me what to buy. My M.E condition is variable, I have good days and bad days. This means I do not have a set routine and a Personal Assistant will need to be comfortable with the ‘every day is different’ approach which may mean some days you will have to work on your own.
