Collaboration with family and other professionals to ensure the highest quality of care. Promoting her independence and individuality according to her Support Plan. Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of daily tasks. Effective communication with the staff team and family. This is a female-only service, and it is desirable for the successful candidate to have a full UK driving license, as you will drive the young lady's mobility car to access a variety of activities and local areas as part of her regular support. The young lady we support enjoys being outside, long walks, visits to the seaside, a wander around the zoo or places of interest including the museums and historic attractions. She loves to go for a drive in her car and likes to have a Greggs for lunch. Family are important to her and she is much happier around upbeat people who make her laugh and smile with their silly humour. This is a Female Support Practitioner role and for this position, female is an Occupational Requirement as defined by the Equality Act 2010. What’s the shift pattern?
