Join Our Team as a skilled and experienced Fencer/Groundworker

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week

Location(s): Birmingham and surrounding areas

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Fencer/Groundworker to join our team. In this key role, you will contribute to maintaining the upkeep in and around our properties, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment that our customers can be proud of. Providing excellent customer service is at the heart of what we do, and you will play a vital role in delivering this standard.

What we're looking for
  • Proven experience in a similar role within fencing and groundwork.
  • Proficiency in a range of tasks, including fencing, paving, concrete laying, kerbing, drainage, monoblock installation, tar laying, bricklaying, and general site works.
  • A strong work ethic and attention to detail to deliver high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to health and safety regulations.

You'll also need an enhanced DBS check (we'll arrange this for you), and the right to work in the UK. If you have qualifications, we'll need to see the original copies of these.
