Redstone Commodity Search is working with a global trading house looking to hire a fertilisers trader to join the commercial team. Key Responsibilities / Tasks Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best deals and ensure a reliable supply chain. Monitor and analyse market trends, prices, and supply-demand dynamics to make informed trading decisions. Develop and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored fertiliser solutions. Manage risks and take long/short positions. Report to the CEO. Key Qualifications / Experience Proven experience in trading, sales, or a related role within the agricultural or fertiliser industry. Knowledge of agricultural practices and fertiliser products is highly desirable. Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships; having active clients to bring is preferable. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends. This role will be worked remotely.
