The team is passionate about designing spaces that are functional, beautiful, and reflective of clients' brands. We're looking for an experienced FF&E Designer to join the dynamic team and help them deliver exceptional designs for the hospitality sector.

Job Description:

As an FF&E Designer, you will be responsible for designing the furniture, fixtures, and equipment for a variety of hospitality projects, from concept to completion. You'll work closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to ensure each design meets aesthetic, functional, and budgetary requirements. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail, excellent project management skills, and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop FF&E design concepts that align with project vision and brand identity. Select and specify furniture, fixtures, and equipment that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and durable. Create and manage FF&E schedules and budgets. Collaborate with project teams, including architects, interior designers, and contractors, to ensure designs are executed to the highest standards. Oversee the procurement process, liaising with suppliers and manufacturers to source products and materials. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure proper implementation of designs. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technology.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in FF&E design, preferably in the luxury hospitality sector. In-depth knowledge of materials, finishes, and trends in the luxury hospitality industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and a passion for creative problem-solving. A portfolio showcasing your FF&E design work (preferred).
