Claims Team Manager

to oversee a high-performing team in their Professional & Financial lines division. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced claims professional with leadership skills to push the team forward! Key Responsibilities

Coaching and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential. Acting as a referral point for large loss claims. Using data-driven insights to enhance decision-making and team performance. Driving claims strategies to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. Collaborating with senior leaders and fostering continuous improvement within the claims function. What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have experience in claims handling or managing claims teams, with a strong background in performance improvement and strategy execution. This may suit someone currently in a similar role or equally, someone looking to step up! What’s in It for You?
