3 years to less than 5 years Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities
Tasks
Inspect and test cable signals and associated equipment Install and maintain aerial and underground telephone equipment Read blueprints to determine work requirements Test equipment to locate transmission faults Climb and work aloft on poles, ladders or other support structures Install cable modems and software to enable Internet access Maintain and repair aerial and underground transmission systems Splice, join and connect wires Security and safety

Ability to distinguish between colours Handling heavy loads Physically demanding Bending, crouching, kneeling Own tools/equipment
