Fibreglass Laminator
based in West Bromwich.
Duties include (but are not limited to): Preparing moulds and materials for fibreglass lamination Laminating GRP components to high-quality standards Cutting, trimming, and finishing fibreglass materials Inspecting finished products for defects and ensuring they meet quality specifications Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Collaborating with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
The ideal candidate: Proven experience within a similar role is essential GRP experience is beneficial Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team Flexible and adaptable to meet demands
Hours: Monday - Thursday 0700am - 1615pm
Pay rate:
Negotiable depending on experience.
