As a Territory Manager - Priority Partner (Field Account Manager), you will be accountable for the development and growth of a number of Priority Partners within your portfolio, driving consumer choice and experience whilst helping Restaurant Partners maximise their Just Eat order growth. You will act as a trusted business advisor to a wide range of small and medium businesses by developing and managing strong commercial relationships with Priority Restaurant Partners. You will take accountability for a coordinated approach to the management of Priority Partners, which will include working closely with other Territory Managers - Priority Partners to produce a strategic approach to the management and growth of these partners. You will oversee the creation of innovative, insight-led plans designed to help step-change the operational and commercial performance of the restaurant network within your remit. The role is field-based covering the area of South East London - the majority of your business reviews will be taking place face-to-face. These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
Maximise the potential of existing JUST EAT Takeaway Priority Partner restaurants by building significant and mutually beneficial commercial relationships. You will provide relevant solutions to Priority Partners looking to grow their consumer orders as well as increase average order values through the JET platform. Educate Priority Partner restaurants to provide the best possible customer service and experience to their JET consumers, ensuring they are encouraged to return to our platform and the restaurant to place future orders. Play an integral role in the initial contact with and then onboarding process of all new Priority Partner signings, ensuring that all new restaurants are optimised for success. Prioritise order growth, via activated restaurants, as the measure of success and mentor Priority Partners on the vital steps needed to achieve this in their business. Ensure Priority Partners are aware of the latest JUST EAT solutions to drive efficiencies, grow their business and maximise their commercial potential with JUST EAT. Deploy an analytical approach with Priority Partner performance data to drive the most effective activities with each Restaurant in order to improve their growth. Provide a coordinated approach to Priority Partner account management, utilising other London Account Managers as well as Regional Chain and Strategic Account Managers to identify and leverage opportunities for growth. What will you bring to the table?
Experience in a B2B sales role (preferably with Telephone Account Management/ Field Account Management experience). A desire to take ownership of ambitious targets. Strong presentation and communication skills. Evidence of strong commercial acumen. A passion for learning and self-improvement. Sharp attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively. An exceptional work ethic and the desire to make a difference. Full Clean UK Driving license.
