For our Energy Infrastructure Team, we are searching for an enthusiastic technical Sales Engineer to help grow our business in Europe, with a main focus on applications with Energy Storage Systems in commercial, industrial, and Electric Vehicle (EV) charging applications. Your main responsibilities are: Provide technical support to sales and product marketing in an accurate and timely manner. Support the proposal preparation process. Prepare proposals and advise on solutions. Manage technical customer requirements in collaboration with the product management and development team from specification to acceptance. Identify new market opportunities and supervise local grid codes, legislation, and standards. Occasional on-site technical support at the customer site for complex technical challenges. Support relationship management and service delivery to business customers in Europe. Conduct planning, installation, and service trainings. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our company's product lines. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's/Master's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent. At least 3-5 years of experience with Energy Storage Systems or Power Conditioning Systems. Strong technical knowledge in system integrations, including interfaces, controls, and Energy Storage Systems. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills. Ability to define customer requirements and effectively communicate them to product management and development teams. Capable of managing daily tasks independently while collaborating within an international team. Customer focus with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel occasionally. In possession of a driving license. Fluent in English (essential) and Chinese (advantage). Installation experience/certificate to work in 1000VAC and 1500VDC (advantage).
