Core Duties & Responsibilities as Field Care Coordinator: Provide support in the day-to-day running of the office, including assisting with care coordination tasks. Spot check carers in the community, identifying good practice, and reporting training concerns back to the registered manager. Deliver high standards of care. Participate in the paid on-call rota. Complete care assessments and write up Care Plans. Build relationships with care staff and service users. Assist the registered manager in preparing for inspections by the local authority and CQC. We offer the following: Salary £28,000 per annum plus On-Call additional payment. £300 Refer a Friend Bonus* Company issued mobile phone. We are looking for a Field Care Coordinator who is: 100% committed to improving the quality of life of vulnerable people. Experienced in providing care services (essential). Flexible to cover on-call to meet the needs of the business (essential). Knowledgeable of CQC standards and compliance (essential). Possesses a full driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential). Experienced as Field Care Supervisor or 2 years working within Health & Social Care (preferred). Holds an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (preferred).
