The Field Care Manager will be responsible for conducting client assessments, managing care plans, and ensuring compliance with CQC regulations. The role involves regular and frequent travel to clients' homes and could include some evenings and weekends. Key responsibilities include developing and reviewing personalized care plans, liaising with the operational team, maintaining compliance and quality assurance, building relationships with clients and their families, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care. 40 hours per week (with some flexibility over weekends/evenings depending on client needs) Key Responsibilities: Care Planning & Assessment: Develop and review personalised care plans. Liaise with the operational team regarding performance issues and training needs. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure services meet CQC standards, conduct audits, and maintain accurate records. Build relationships with clients and their families, address concerns, and update their care needs. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care. Requirements: NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent). Experience in a supervisory/management role within health and social care. A passion for delivering high-quality care, exceptional communication and organisational skills. Full UK driving license and ability to travel using own car. Benefits: A competitive salary of £27,000 depending on skills and experience. Remote/field-based role. Working hours – 9am- 5:30 pm Monday to Friday with some flexibility over weekends/evenings.
