Field Engineer

to join our client's team. In this role, you will provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for a wide range of IT systems and equipment across the Surrey area. You will play a pivotal role in resolving technical issues, implementing solutions, and delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their technology needs are met with professionalism and expertise. Key Responsibilities: Technical Support:

Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software at client locations, including workstations, servers, and networking equipment. Diagnose and resolve on-site technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. Provide proactive maintenance to optimize system performance and reliability.

Client Engagement:

Build and maintain positive and professional relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust. Deliver safeguarding training and awareness where applicable.

Continuous Improvement:

Show initiative by completing additional online training relevant to the role. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance service delivery.

Requirements: Full, clean UK driving licence (essential). Proven experience in a similar technical support role. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and equipment. Certifications:

AZ-900 (Microsoft Azure Fundamentals). CompTIA A+. Managing Google Workspace.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
