What you will do as our Field Engineer: Installation, commissioning and testing of MSite products at customer sites. Support & Maintenance of existing Customer and Key Stakeholders. Provide subject matter expertise to external customers. Deliver a consistent high standard and achieve excellent customer satisfaction. Routine and Reactive maintenance. Fault finding, Diagnosis and Resolution of Faults. Will involve regular travel and occasional overnight stays. Our ideal Field Engineer will have: Qualifications: Full clean UK driving license. DBS check required. CSCS / SSSTS Accreditations required. Competencies: You are not afraid of big challenges. You actively push to raise the bar. You think big and inspire. You help your team and our customers to succeed. You always strive for improvement. You take ownership. You do it because it’s the right thing to do. You are true to yourself and respect others. Experience: Previous experience within a site / field-based role. Electrical / Electronic background. Ideally you will be from one of the following installation backgrounds: Fire Alarms, Data Networks, Sky Installation, or similar electrical devices.
