The Role Customer facing role focusing on delivery of field service nationally - to include site survey, installation, de-installation, preventive planned maintenance, fault analysis, repairs and upgrades. Providing high customer satisfaction, ensuring a professional service with effective, efficient & safe work practices. Delivering M247 services in a timely and cost-efficient way and in accordance with agreed customer specifications, design requirements and to Health and Safety and quality standards. Delivering high quality onsite service to achieve high customer satisfaction while meeting the organisation’s Revenue & KPI targets. Key Responsibilities Carry out the survey, installation and commissioning of network installations. Responsible for creation of risk assessments and method statements for network installations for Field Engineers, customers and landlords. Deliver customer cabling solutions working to quality standards. Follow clear network maintenance procedures completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and complete documentation to a high standard. Correct use of service reporting tools (Salesforce, surveyor tool, etc.). Timely submission of service reports, stock returns (RFT and de-installation) and other requested documentation. Support colleagues and customers with technical information through detailed written reports, right first time (RFT) reason codes, photographs and detailed and accurate system updates. Understand, debug and rectify customer and network issues (faults). Covering an on-call rota to ensure customer SLA’s are met. Develop and maintain strong working relationships within the M247 network. Co-operate with internal customers in order to ensure smooth and efficient processes and information flow. Assist with implementation of improvements wherever identified through the role. Ensure escalation paths are followed and completed within a reasonable timeframe. Responsible for maintaining the highest standards of housekeeping. Take personal responsibility for health, safety and welfare of self, colleagues and general public. Maintain orderly conditions of company tools, vehicles and equipment as per policy and procedure. Take personal responsibility for training records, vehicle licence, vehicle checks, inventory management of van stock, PPE inspections and other reasonable requests by M247. Any other duties within the level of competence as requested by M247.
