You will report into the service manager and be responsible for carrying out servicing, breakdowns, and thorough examinations on external customer sites. Here is a snapshot of some of your responsibilities: Responsible for service and repair work Site visits across the Stoke area Carry out site-specific risk assessments as required Comply with the safe systems of work and procedures Ensure that feedback is given to customers Complete all the necessary paperwork after each site visit What would make you a perfect fit? A sound mechanical engineering background is essential, especially with material handling products Strong customer-facing experience Experience with plant, forklifts, HGV, agricultural, or similar equipment We receive many applications; in some instances, we are unable to offer individual feedback.
