Event Planning & Execution:

Plan and execute conferences, trade shows, webinars, and launches, coordinating all logistics and schedules. Budget Management:

Manage budgets, track spending, and ensure cost-effective vendor contracts. Vendor Management:

Negotiate with vendors and partners to meet event standards and enhance exposure. Onsite & Virtual Management:

Serve as the main contact, oversee logistics, and ensure smooth execution for both in-person and virtual events. Post-Event Analysis:

Collect feedback, report on metrics, and follow up on lead conversions. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Align events with broader marketing goals, collaborating closely with product, sales, and senior management. You might be a fit if you are: A strong project manager with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously, managing complex logistics, timelines, and stakeholders. Skilled in managing event budgets, tracking expenses, negotiating contracts, and delivering events within financial constraints. Experienced in event management and/or marketing with 3-5 years of proven success managing both in-person and virtual events. A great communicator with excellent verbal and written skills, able to work cross-functionally and present event plans and outcomes to senior leadership. Experienced in working with external vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high service levels. Creative and resourceful, capable of developing unique event concepts and solving challenges during planning and execution. Data-driven, using metrics to evaluate event success and continuously improve future initiatives. Your direct manager and team:
