Field Operations & Business Development Manager

Domex Bikes is seeking a driven and self-motivated Operations & Business Development Manager with a technical background and bike industry experience to lead this exciting venture.
Key Responsibilities: • Field Operations: Manage a fleet of mobile workshops, optimise routes, and schedule appointments. • Team Leadership: Recruit, organise training, and motivate a team of mechanics. • Business Development: Identify and cultivate partnerships with cycling clubs, event organisers, and corporate clients. • Marketing and Branding: Work with our digital marketing partner to develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition. • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly. • Financial Management: Monitor and control operational costs to maximise profitability.
Essential Skills & Experience: • Proven track record in field operations and team management • Technical knowledge of bicycle repair and maintenance • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience in marketing and sales • Full UK manual driving licence • Passion for cycling and a keen eye for detail
