Full-Time, Permanent Working : 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday with occasional evening and weekends in lieu Location : flexible with frequent travel to Head Office in Winnersh (RG41) Key Responsibilities:

Review team performance, address under-performance, and provide weekly updates to stakeholders Collaborate with Account Managers to deliver client strategies effectively Design strategies to engage and retain team members, reducing turnover and costs Uphold and streamline operating standards and processes Ensure field managers complete visits and provide actionable feedback Manage team schedules, holidays, and absences for year-round delivery Foster a culture of recognition, reward, and development Support new starters with first-class inductions and coach teams for success Identify revenue opportunities and implement new initiatives Be available for occasional weekend and evening work (time off in lieu provided) What We Offer
