We are recruiting for a Field Sales Executive on behalf of our client. You will be responsible for selling readymix concrete to different plants.
Responsibilities:
Converting prospects into successful customers through customer sales methods such as cold calling.
Researching and forecasting sales, developing sales strategies and methods, and evaluating their effectiveness.
Maintaining customer accounts and records of sales.
Reporting and providing feedback to management using financial data collected.
Licences and Qualifications
Needs to be confident and able to cold call on construction sites. Proven experience as a Field Executive or similar role in the industry. Construction sales industry experience is preferable but not essential. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience using Excel, CRM, and various IT functionalities.
