Field Sales Executive

Due to the fast growth of our business, we are recruiting for a full time and permanent Flooring Field Sales Representative covering the Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire area. The role involves expanding our customer base in the areas listed above as well as visiting and maintaining relationships with existing customers. The successful candidate will manage their diary to maximize the conversion of appointments booked in and convert these into sales whilst at the customers' property. You will need to be able to negotiate a suitable finance plan for the customer that meets both the business and customers' needs. To be considered for this role you will need the following: Previous experience in the flooring industry – desirable but not essential Previous experience in the consumer finance industry - desirable but not essential A passion for sales Good interpersonal skills An ability to work as part of a team but also be able to work independently Ability to manage your own diary and appointments A natural energy and enthusiasm for selling and results A full driving license and access to own vehicle as travel is an integral part of the job Be a self-motivated individual If you are looking to be part of a growing company and believe you have the drive and motivation to make sales happen, we look forward to receiving your application.
