in the field , providing real-time support and feedback. Conduct one-on-one sessions to identify skill gaps and create personalised improvement plans. Monitor team performance and adapt strategies to maximize results. Collaborate on sales strategies to exceed daily goals. Manage field documentation with accuracy and efficiency. Serve as a role model, upholding company standards and setting the pace for success. What You Bring Proven experience in
sales coaching or training . A solid understanding of
sales processes
and best practices. A full, clean
