The Role: As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales across multiple retail stores within your designated area. Your key responsibilities will include: Owning your results:
Achieve daily sales targets, with full accountability for your performance. Reporting:
Submit end-of-day sales reports to track your progress and successes. Customer engagement:
Introduce customers to new brands and products, converting them into loyal buyers. Relationship building:
Cultivate strong relationships with store staff and customers to maximize your sales opportunities. Collaboration:
Work closely with your client lead to ensure you're hitting targets and growing your sales skills. What We’re Looking For: Previous sales experience is ideal, but if you have the drive and belief that you can sell, we want to meet you! Confident in using online tools for tracking sales and reporting insights. Highly motivated with a passion for achieving—and exceeding—targets. Resilient and determined with a strong work ethic. Goal-oriented and driven by financial incentives. Enthusiastic and genuinely passionate about the products you’re selling. Self-motivated and capable of working independently to achieve success. Must be comfortable working with nicotine and nicotine brands.
