Field Sales Representative

to join our growing team. As

the Field Sales Representative

, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing client relationships within a designated territory. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. What you’ll do: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients. Proactively participate in negotiations with potential clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and provide after-sales support. Attend industry events, fairs, and exhibitions to promote myPOS’ products and services. Negotiate and close sales deals to meet and exceed sales targets. Provide regular reports on sales activities and market trends. Daily store/client visits. What you bring: 2+ years’ experience in a similar position preferably in the payment industry. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the designated territory. Strong understanding of sales principles and best customer service practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding analytical skills and data-driven mindset. A personal style that demonstrates authority, commitment and consistency, and inspires trust and confidence. Experience in a telecoms retail outlet or similar will be considered a strong advantage.
