About the role We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and passionate Field Service Dental Engineer to join our dynamic and expanding team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing on-site support, maintenance, and engineering solutions specifically tailored to dental systems and equipment. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently across various customer sites and environments. Key responsibilities Perform Proactive and Reactive Maintenance on Clients sites Installation and Commissioning of New Equipment Maintain accurate and detailed records of all service visits, repairs, and installations. Participate in Ongoing Training Build and sustain strong relationships with clients About you Previous experience as a Dental Engineer Strong technical thought process Electrical, Plumbing or Mechanical qualification or apprenticeship desirable Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team About Us Anglian Dental has been keeping surgeries working for over 30 years and we have been able to do it through the quality of the products and services we provide!
