Specialising in technologies like inkjet, laser, and digital printing, its products serve industries such as food, beverage, and pharmaceuticals. Renowned for its innovation, the company invests heavily in research and development to deliver sustainable and efficient solutions. Key Responsibilities Repair, install, and maintain a range of products at customer sites. Update customers on work progress and identify new equipment opportunities. Improve first-time fix rates through collaboration with colleagues. Accurately record data in the service management system. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships. Occasionally stay away during the week (rarely required). Key Requirements Electromechanical engineering experience (FMCG background beneficial). Relevant apprenticeship, HNC qualification, or substantial practical experience. Experience with industrial printers, lasers, or coders extremely beneficial. Strong customer-facing skills and professional approach. Field service experience ideal but not essential. What We Offer Salary: £30,000 - £37,000 DOE. Company vehicle, laptop, and mobile phone. Comprehensive product and company training. Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with paid overtime opportunities. 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays). Company pension scheme.
