They are currently looking to add a new Dispense Engineer within their Field Service Engineering team based in Nottingham / North Midlands after a continued period of sustained growth.
If you have any field-based Engineer/Technician or have previous hands-on experience/qualifications within Beer, drinks, coffee dispense or vending then this could be the ideal role for you.

Investigate technical issues and resolve along with realizing opportunities appropriate to the business needs of the specific customer. Install, maintain and survey dispense systems. Comply with all relevant health and safety legislation. Complete paperwork accurately and on time. Provide support required for internal and external customers. Be able to manage tight deadlines for physical and administrative aspects of the role. Service levels to customer lead-times and KPIs. Provide Out of Hours reactive Maintenance cover part of the field service company rota. Desirable
Previous experience in a Field Service Engineering or Technician role relating to drinks/coffee/beer dispense or vending. Experience in working out on the road from a van or car. Good customer relationship skills. Flexible approach to working hours and days. Able to work under pressure. Have good problem-solving acumen. Able to both work independently and also as part of a team.
