Experience working as an engineer in the field, ideally for printers though this is NOT essential as training will be provided to candidates with relevant technical expertise. Ideally knowledge of printer components, functionality, and troubleshooting techniques though again, not essential. Proficient in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers effectively. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while traveling to different locations.
