This is an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Engineer to join a dynamic team and offer expert on-site support. Your primary focus will be on keeping equipment in optimal working condition through scheduled maintenance, repairs, and inspections, all while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

What's on Offer? Salary: £31,000 - £37,000 Benefits: Insurance and pension plans

Key Responsibilities: Technical Support:

Investigate, diagnose, and resolve customer-reported technical problems with machinery on-site. Equipment Servicing:

Service a wide range of equipment, both on-site and off-site. Independent Work:

Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems with minimal supervision. Documentation:

Complete job cards and paperwork promptly and accurately. Parts Management:

Request and manage parts efficiently for repairs and maintenance. Customer Service:

Develop and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external customers. Supervision:

Supervise apprentices when required, ensuring high-quality work and safe practices. Compliance:

Ensure repairs and inspections adhere to relevant company procedures and safety standards. Health & Safety:

Take responsibility for the health and safety of yourself, colleagues, and customers in line with the Company Health and Safety Policy. Professionalism:

Present a professional image at all times when interacting with customers and team members. Tool Safety:

Ensure that your personal tools are safe and compliant with regulations. Flexibility:

Remain flexible to various tasks and challenges that may arise during your role.

Key Skills: Aptitude:

Strong understanding and skills in troubleshooting and repair. Equipment Servicing:

Experience servicing a wide range of equipment. Problem Solving:

Ability to investigate and diagnose technical issues. Heavy Lifting:

Comfortable with lifting and handling heavy equipment as required. Lone Working:

Ability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining high standards of work. Communication Skills:
