We have an amazing opportunity for a Field Service Engineer based in Carlisle. This role is full time and permanent, with progression opportunities throughout your career. Salary ranging from 30,000 - 41,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications. 41 hours a week over 5 - 7 days. Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rostered basis. No Sunday working. Job Description: Service customers' appliances at the place of residence. Repair, install, test and diagnose faults on various electrical, gas, and water appliances. Face-to-face customer interaction - a friendly and polite manner is essential. Assist customers with knowledge, experience, and setup instructions of all appliances. Loan working, so the ability to manage your own time and diary is essential. Job Specifications: Experience in small and large appliance repairs. Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points. Not essential but preferred qualifications or knowledge working on Essential Gas Safety Domestic (CCN1), Gas Cookers and Ranges (CKR1).
